Wendy Kelly, Trainer

Wendy leads her team by example, consulting with her staff and Kevin with a hands on approach to her work. 

Kevin Kelly, Bloodstock Consultant

Kevin is not only Wendy's husband but an instrumental part of the business.  Both Kevin and Wendy work together as a team running the stable and have spent "20 years of hard labour" together.

Doug Wheeler, Track Rider

Doug started as an apprentice jockey and has been in the industry for more than thirty years.  He has been working with us full time for the last five years and is a loyal and valued member of our team.

Kaitlin Adamson, Part-Time Stablehand

Kaitlin started with us earlier this year and she works on the scool holidays and the weekends as she is currently doing her VCE. When Decrescendo retired from racing Kaitlin took him on and the two now enjoy their time at Pony Club.

Kathy Mathrick, Strapper / Stablehand / Track Rider

Kathy has worked for us on and off for the last 7 years. She has worked in the industry for many years and has worked for some notable trainers in Mornington and is married to Terry Mathrick who is a a horse breaker so she has a strong understanding of the thoroughbred.

Peter Cunningham, Track Rider

Peter is a new addition to our team, he is originally from New Zealand where he was a jumps jockey, then he moved to Sydney where he worked with one of NSW's biggest trainers before deciding to move to Melbourne and joining our team.

Andrea Ryan, Strapper, Ground Staff, Horse Handler

Andrea has spent majority of her life working in the racing industry, from working on the parade ground at the sales for Highgrove to working in other areas of the industry. She is a great asset for our stable and has now been with us for just on 12 months.
